Dear HDXers,
We are approaching the time of the year when all chinese come together and celebrate the Lunar New Year. Our fulfillment centre will be close on the 20th Jan and reopen on 10th Feb. During this time, all orders received will be dispatch on 10th Feb.
If your order and payment reaches us before 19th Jan 2008, it will be dispatch on 19th Jan 2008. Otherwise, all order will be on hold till 10th Feb for dispatchment.
Our technical and sales support office will remain in operation during this time except 25th till 27th January, the actual date of the Chinese New Year.
Thank you for your kind support towards our products and we will see you again next year.

Dear Valued Customers,
Our order system will usually trigger an email to your email address informing you that the product has been shipped and also the tracking number. If you noticed that your order status has changed to shipped but did not receive the emai, please write to us at orders @ hdx1080.com (remove the spaces) with your order number.
We noticed that several customers had feed back that they did not receive the automatic email and we are investigating the issue with our web hosting company.

Dear Valued Customers,
Recently we have received many emails regarding that the user account is blocked. We are still determining the root cause of the problem and have reported to our web developer to resolve the issue.
Please make sure you check the following before sending us an email to reset your password.
1) Check your spam/junk mail folder for activation email
2) Ensure that your email address is typed correctly or you will not receive the activation email.

Due to the sudden suspension of web hosting with the ex. service provider, all our web applications has to be migrated and moved to a new server. While all efforts has been made to backup every single data, like site news, forum posting etc, unfortunately we are not able to bring back the support portal to LIVE.
This is due to the company who developed the application has closed down and there is no way we can "activate" the license in order to migrate the database, in this case ALL outstanding support tickets cannot be trace back.
Since then, we have searched for alternative solutions and finally we come across a neat support portal that allows users to submit tickets without creating a new account (the old support portal requires additional login).
Unfortunately the new support portal does not allow import of the previous application hence, we cannot bring back the history of your ticket. To minimize your inconvenience, you may just cut and paste the previous response send to your email and our technical advisers will continue your support accordingly.
Our support staffs are prepared to work over-time (over the weekend) to response to all outstanding issues.
We sincerely apologize for the delay response to your support tickets and look forward to serve you again. You may access the new support portal by navigating to the "HDX Support" above the menu or click here to go directly. |
